  • Q How long is the lead time and shipping time?

    A Lead time: Normally it takes around 20-30 days to finish an order of one full container. For sample order, 5-7 days after receiving your payment.

    Shipping time: Items in stock will be shipped in 3 working days upon receipt of the payment. Exact delivery time, however, varies from different countries. Please make sure the shipping address that you give is correct. If you didn't receive the goods 30 days after the shipment, please contact us for details.

  • Q Do you have more pictures and Videos?

    A Yes, more detail pictures and videos will be sent to you once inquiry received. please don't hesitate to contact us at any time.

  • Q Can you offer customized service?

    A Yes, of course. ODM and OEM acceptable since we have our Research and Develop department.

  • Q What's MOQ?

    A The MOQ for all the products are 1 piece if we have material in stock. 

  • Q How long is the warranty period?

    A The warranty is 12 Months for our products. if there is quality problem for parts, we also can send the parts to you to replace.
